Dear President Obama:

                        This letter is to ask that you assist in granting immigration reform for those millions of undocumented immigrants who have for years served as the backbone of our economy by unselfishly working long hours and difficult jobs.  It is very obvious that we need the immigrant labor in order for this economy to prosper.

Please analyze our current economic situation and allow those who have diligently worked in this country to have a reprieve from the daily attacks and intimidation they currently experience because of the hostile environment against immigrants.

We voted for you and we support you.  We also know you will be reasonable in your stance regarding immigration reform.  Please work with our congress to pass a just and expeditious immigration reform that will allow our economy to prosper.

                        I would like to respectfully request that you work with our congress to pass a fair and just immigration reform.  This country needs to allow these millions of undocumented immigrants to exit from the shadows and assimilate into this great country of ours.

Many immigrants suffer daily because of unjust laws and persecution of immigrants.  Families are separated and children are left without parents because of current immigration laws and policies.  Please understand the plight of the immigrant and grant us that much needed immigration reform.
